Comparison of Physiological Responses and Training Load between Different CrossFit® Workouts with Equalized Volume in Men and Women

The purpose of the present study was to compare heart rate (HR), blood lactate and training load between different CrossFit® workouts, with equalized total work volumes in men women. included 23 individuals (13 10 women) experienced training, who performed two workouts types (as many reps as possible (AMRAP) ‘for time’) but an volume.
